Automated cleanup service for OpenWebUI users, chats, and files
RetentionGuard reconciles OpenWebUI data with an MDM system and removes inactive users, orphaned chats, and unused files according to configurable retention rules. It runs as a Python service with dry‑run safety, audit logging, and optional CSV reports, and can be deployed via Docker or Kubernetes.
