Browser‑based norovirus genotyping tool that aligns VP1 & RdRp offline
It lets researchers and public health labs type norovirus sequences directly in a web browser, using a built‑in library of VP1 and RdRp references. The sliding‑window alignment runs locally, so no server or internet is required, and results are exported as CSV. This makes rapid, offline genotyping possible for low‑resource settings and rapid outbreak response.
