MycoSense: React dashboard for real-time mycelium sensor data
MycoSense turns electrochemical signals from mycelium networks into a live web dashboard, helping researchers monitor ecosystem health. It streams data via WebSocket or falls back to generated mock data, applying rolling‑average smoothing and spike detection before rendering charts with Recharts. The UI, built with React and Tailwind, offers sensor cards, alerts, and a health score panel, making complex biosensor streams instantly understandable.
