Self-hostable MCP server for safe, typed New Relic queries
The project implements a self-hostable Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes a safe, read‑only API to New Relic’s NerdGraph. It lets AI assistants and other clients query NRQL, logs, metrics, and more without exposing raw GraphQL or credentials. The server is built with Helm charts, Prometheus metrics, and fine‑grained access controls, making it ideal for secure, auditable observability workflows. Compared to New Relic’s preview MCP, it offers full self‑hosting, tighter security, and a bounded, documented operation surface.
