The project provides a mobile app for residents and workers, a web dashboard for supervisors, and a backend with a prioritisation algorithm that weights historically underserved areas. It uses React Native, Node.js, FastAPI and PostGIS to handle requests for water, electricity, roads, etc. Municipalities can allocate resources more fairly and efficiently. It targets South African local governments, offering a more equity-focused alternative to generic ticketing systems.
