CLI tool to recover beadwork grids from photos
This project restores the original grid of beadwork, cross‑stitch, or pixel art from an image that already contains a discrete grid. It uses Python and computer‑vision techniques to detect cell size, orientation, and colors, then outputs PNG, CSV, and JSON files ready for 52×52 or 78×78 bead molds. It is aimed at hobbyists and makers who want to digitize existing physical designs without manual tracing. Compared to generic photo‑to‑pixel converters, it preserves the exact bead layout and offers deterministic scaling for standard molds.
