iOS app to generate and scan Apple Watch pairing Magic Codes via private VisualPairing framework
MagicCode is an iOS application that mocks parts of the Apple Watch pairing process by leveraging Apple's private VisualPairing framework. It allows users to generate and scan Magic Codes, which are used during the Apple Watch pairing process. This project builds upon existing research (VisualPairingHack) and is part of a broader study on smartwatch impersonation attacks in Apple's iOS ecosystem. It is intended for security researchers and developers interested in understanding and testing the security of Apple Watch pairing mechanisms. The app requires an Apple account, macOS with Xcode, and an iPhone running iOS 15.6 or later, and it also supports installation via TrollStore for users who prefer not to use Xcode.
