Elephant: local-first session continuity for AI coding agents
Elephant records every prompt, response, tool call, and file change from AI coding agents, storing them in an append‑only local journal. When one model hits its quota, another can pick up exactly where the previous left off, with objective, state, and Git evidence restored. It works as a plugin for many agents (Claude, Codex, Hermes, etc.) and shares a common database, making cross‑agent handoff seamless.
