CLI tool that automatically finds interesting snippets from field recordings for music production
Field-miner is a command-line application that processes large libraries of field recordings and automatically identifies musically interesting segments. It uses audio analysis and machine learning models to score and filter snippets, rejecting poor quality audio and deduplicating results. The tool outputs ready-to-use audio files with metadata for music producers working in ambient/IDM genres.
